I accidentally submitted a guest registration form. How can I cancel it correctly in CloudRooms? | |
To cancel a guest registration form correctly, click the “Cancel guest registration form” button in the guest registration overview. The guest registration form will then also be cancelled in Feratel.
Please note that you can only cancel a guest registration form if you have not previously deleted it using the “Delete guest registration form” button. If you have already deleted it, you will need to cancel the guest registration form directly with your tourist association as well. | |
