Revenue Management price adoption

I use a revenue management system and manually open availability in Cloudrooms. Why are the rates from my revenue management system not applied to the newly opened availability?
How can I ensure that the rates from my revenue management system are applied at Main Menu/Rates, rather than the rates from my price list?
To prevent Cloudrooms from overwriting rates when a revenue management system is in use, please delete all rates and rate categories under Settings/PriceList. If incorrect rates from the price list have already been transferred to Rates, please trigger another data push from your revenue management system to transfer the correct rates.
