This feature is only available to paying customers: Cloud-Rooms PREMIUM Go to the email settings: Settings/Email&Chat In the “Automatic Emails” section, you can set up a new automatic email. First, enter the name of the automatic email. Under “Event”, select the point in time when this automatic email should be sent, e.g., at check-in or check-out. Under “Template”, choose the appropriate email template that should be sent. If you haven’t created a template yet, you can create one under Settings/Templates. Under “Send Email”, specify when the email should be sent. Then, save your settings. Next, under “Booking / Status”, you can define the booking status that a reservation must have in order for the automatic email to be sent. Under “Booking / Status / Invoice”, you can also define the corresponding invoice status, if required. The same applies to the payment status of the invoice. By checking “After Deadline: send immediately”, emails will be sent immediately if the sending deadline has already passed. To review your settings, use the “Planned Emails” button. There you can see for which bookings an automatic email will be sent. | |
