Sending a link to confirm a reservation | |
I would like to include a booking confirmation link when sending an offer to prospective customers. How can I do this? | |
Go to the template settings:
Settings/Templates Between the two texts, you will find the option “Inquiry: Confirm Booking”. If you activate this option, a link will be inserted that allows the guest to confirm the booking. Please note: The following functions are not available in the “simplified” features level. If you want to display the link in a larger size or style it differently, you can also use the merge field {Anfrage-Buchung bestätigen}. This text will be replaced by the link. If you want to define the link text yourself (or if you are familiar with HTML), you can use the merge field {Anfrage-Buchung bestätigen-URL} to insert only the URL. To do this, switch to HTML mode “<>” in the toolbar of the text field in order to display the link differently. | |
