Stripe Error "Stripe Exception: Invalid API Key provided"

I am receiving the following error message from Stripe: "Stripe Exception: Invalid API Key provided." What do I need to do?
My Stripe API keys have been correctly provided to the ZimmerSoftware support team. However, I am still receiving a message stating that the keys are invalid. Additionally, another error appears on the web booking page:"An error has occurred. Please try again later."
If you receive the above-mentioned error messages, it may be because your API keys need to be rotated. You can perform this action in Stripe.

After completing the rotation, please provide the new API keys to the CloudRooms support team. Once the support team has integrated the new keys, please test the payment process on your web booking again.
