A booking via our website only becomes final when you have made a deposit of at least half of the total travel sum within 7 days after booking.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of your stay.
A stay that starts within 14 days after making the booking must be paid in full immediately.
If the final payment is not made on time, both the down payment and the reservation will lapse.
You can submit a request for free cancellation to us up to 28 days before arrival. You will then receive the amount paid back. If you cancel within 28 and 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
